LAB LOOT Credit Terms
Yay, you've got Lab Loot! (or you're thinking about it!)
Think of this like a gift voucher, but for your creative self.
You can use the credit towards something bigger, or you can get lots of different smaller things. It can't be applied retroactively - you must apply your Lab Loot before purchasing.
You can use it for (almost) anything Collage-Lab offers (including 1:1 offers) - see below for more details.
Promotions and launches are a great time to redeem your Lab Loot. If Collage-Lab is launching or there's any bonuses/early birds/discounts/whatever goodies are available, your credit is directly equivalent to paying, so you'll get any extras/discounts too 😉
What can you spend Lab Loot on?
Lab Loot can be redeemed for (almost) anything Collage-Lab sells - minus a few exceptions (detailed below).
Lab Loot cannot be redeemed for:
- Memberships/ongoing subscriptions (except for/towards the initial payment of a monthly/annual subscription)
- Live in-person events
- More Lab Loot 😉
- Any future collaborative offers (where more than one business is creating/delivering/contributing to the offer/service) e.g. bundles that Kelly or someone else hosts.
- Physical products (art, products, merch, etc.)
- Events where Kelly is a Guest Artist or an Affiliate
- Courses or other offers under the CURATED brand
- Sponsorship
How to spend your Lab Loot:
If you want to spend some or all of your Credit, simply fill this form:
You'll either:
1. Receive a coupon to use at the checkout

2. Receive a custom payment link with instructions to follow

3. Be given access to the offer(s) directly
I do get a lot of requests to redeem Lab Loot (especially around launches!) but I’ll typically process your request within 72 hours (Mon-Fri).
If you’re emailing to redeem Lab Loot within the final few hours of an offer or promotion, please be mindful that:
- I’m in Central U.S. time zone and
- there will be a high volume of requests to redeem Lab Loot at this time.
Provided I've received your request via the form above before the deadline, any discounts, offers, or bonuses will still be honored for at least 24 hours after we’ve responded to your request to use your Lab Loot.
Please note that you're not able to spend less than $5 Lab Loot towards a purchase (unless you purchased the Lab Loot). As an example, if you receive $10 Lab Loot, and purchase a $9 offer, you are not then able to spend the remaining $1 Lab Loot towards something else.
Lab Loot is either valid for:
1. A fixed period of time from date of purchase/issue (e.g. Valid 6 months from date of issue)
or
2. A fixed period of time between two fixed dates, independent of the date of purchase/issue (e.g. Valid between November 30th 2025 and December 31st 2025)
The validity period of your Lab Loot is confirmed in writing at the point of purchase/issue.
The last day of your Lab Loot being valid is known as your Expiration Date. Lab Loot expires at midnight Central time on the Expiration Date.
Any unused or unspent Lab Loot will no longer remain valid after the Expiration Date has passed and will no longer be valid for redemption.
Expiration Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances, that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
As a courtesy, I send you an automated email reminder 60 days, 30 days and 7 days before your Credit Expiration Date, however, please be mindful that it is your responsibility to use your Lab Loot before the Expiration Date.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
Lab Loot is Non-Refundable
Lab Loot is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.
Lab Loot is Non-Transferable
Lab Loot cannot be transferred to another person, business, or member of your family under any circumstances. Your Loot is yours and yours alone to spend.
We Reserve the Right to Remove or Restrict Lab Loot Usage
Where Lab Loot has been given as a bonus, a gift, a courtesy, a fun surprise, or under any other circumstance (with the exception of Lab Loot that has been purchased), we reserve the right to remove, revoke, restrict or otherwise make void Lab Loot balances in case of abuse or exceptional circumstances.
For example, if a payment plan falls into arrears, we may restrict the ability to redeem Lab Loot until we're squared away. These circumstances will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
